40KHZ Industrial Anilox Roller Ultrasonic Cleaning Systems
The Industrial anilox roller ultrasonic cleaning systems is a branch of the ultrasonic cleaning machine family. In flexographic printing, the anilox roller transmits a certain amount of ink evenly to the printing plate. The screen hole is inevitably blocked by ink skin, paper coating, paper wool or other dirt, which affects the printing quality and the normal use of the roller, so it must be cleaned in time.
1、 The frequency of ultrasonic cleaning machine should be within the range recommended by the manufacturer, and the best frequency obtained from repeated trials should be used for cleaning. The higher the ultrasonic frequency is, the smaller the bubble volume and the weaker the strength. Generally, the recommended frequency is 40KHz. Under this frequency, the smallest bubble will be generated and go deep into the mesh hole for cleaning. However, due to the different properties of the anilox roller and the design of the ultrasonic cleaning machine, the recommended frequency is only for reference.
2、 The temperature of the cleaning agent will also affect the cleaning quality. If the temperature is high, the viscosity of the cleaning agent will be low, and the amount of bubbles in the liquid will increase, thus increasing the ability of ultrasonic cleaning. Generally, the temperature of the cleaning agent should be controlled at 40 ~ 60 ℃, and the cleaning agent must be a special ultrasonic cleaning agent.
3、 The time control of ultrasonic cleaning machine is very important, because the longer the ultrasonic emission time, the more likely to damage the roller surface and the mesh cavity wall. At present, many ultrasonic cleaning machines in Europe and the United States have pretreatment systems. Generally speaking, the safe cleaning time is no more than 5 minutes without damaging the anilox roller. The actual operation needs to be adjusted according to different anilox rollers.
4、 The essence of ultrasonic cleaning is not to achieve the purpose of cleaning by vibration. Vibration is only an inevitable by-product of the transducer when it is working. The higher the mass density of the object to be cleaned, the common microseism will not have consequences as long as there are no defects. However, ceramic anilox roller is a kind of high density and brittle article. If there is any damage or crack, it is easy to expand it due to co vibration (metal roller does not have this situation). Therefore, it is necessary to check carefully before cleaning. However, the cracked ceramic anilox roller itself belongs to the damaged roller. In use, even if it is cleaned by other methods instead of ultrasonic cleaning machine, it is extremely easy to aggravate the damage, just like the cracked bowl and other porcelain.
