Pulisonic Factory Customized Various Sizes Immersible Ultrasonic Vibration Plate
The waterproof ultrasonic vibration plate is connected with the ultrasonic generator by shielding wire to prevent power loss caused by the connection between the ultrasonic generator and the vibration plate and ensure the cleaning effect.
The immersion ultrasonic transducer box can customize different types of vibration plates according to the customer's cleaning tank, and can be installed in different directions of industrial cleaning tank.
1. Bottom vibrating ultrasonic vibrating plate is suitable for cleaning small workpieces in basket and beaker.
2. Side vibration ultrasonic vibration plate is suitable for cleaning hanger parts and large workpieces.
3. The flange type ultrasonic vibrating plate is suitable for cleaning optical and other workpieces and reducing dead corner dirt in the groove.
4. The top vibrating ultrasonic vibrating plate is suitable for cleaning circuit boards, glass substrates, magnetic cores and other cleaning lines that need to be cleaned on both sides.
At present, the most needed types are bottom ultrasonic transducer and side ultrasonic transducer.
