In this way, the cleaning liquid and cavitation bubble can be driven to form a slight backflow, the cleaning blind area caused by standing wave field can be completely eliminated, and each transducer can reach the best resonance state at the same time.
2. It adopts high-power module control, which has strong output power, greatly improves the safety performance of the generator of the electric control cabinet, and effectively protects the normal operation of the transducer; At the same time, the built-in soft starting system can reduce the strong impact of current on the energy converter and prolong the service life of the transducer.
3. The side attached high-frequency ultrasonic combined bombardment mode is adopted. The high-frequency ultrasonic transducer can not only go deep into the gap for cleaning, but also does not damage the workpiece surface. It has the characteristics of high bombardment intensity, fast cleaning speed, high ultrasonic density and good penetration;
4. Overvoltage, overtemperature and overcurrent protection lines are designed, which are safe, reliable and guaranteed.
5. Install pneumatic sealing cover to prevent heat emission or solvent volatilization during operation
