28KHz 40KHz Ultrasonic Vibrator For Ultrasound Cleaning Equipment
When installing an ultrasonic vibrator, first of all, it is necessary to understand the structure and working principle of the ultrasonic vibrator. Installation steps and preparation tools of ultrasonic vibrator:
1. Preparation tools: argon arc welding, No. 10 Allen wrench, ferrochrome tin wire, 2.5 square high temperature wire, appropriate amount of 2 * 2.5 cable, vibrator glue, (wire stripper, casing, tie, sandblasting machine, pipe fittings, etc.).
2. Welding screw: calculate the layout position of the vibrator, weld the screw at the cleaned position, and then clean the surrounding of the screw. Be sure to make it flat so as not to affect the installation of the vibrator.
3. Glue configuration: mix the glue evenly according to the specified proportion. (Meirui, eloda and 4030 glue are mixed before bonding, and kmd398 glue is mixed during bonding).
4. Installation of vibration head: evenly apply the glue on the bottom of the ultrasonic vibrator, gently screw it to squeeze out the air and excess glue between the bottom of the transducer and the contact surface of the cylinder bottom, so that the vibrator can be more closely combined with stainless steel as a whole.
5. Curing and condensation: place it at a place with relatively high room temperature for curing. It can be connected in 4-8 hours. After 24 hours, it can be powered on and tested. No air vibration is allowed.
