Ultrasonic Transducer vibrator:
1. The ultrasonic Transducer mainly consists of shell, sound window (matching layer), piezoelectric ceramic disc transducer, backing, outgoing cable, cymbal array receiver and so on.
2. Among them, the piezoelectric ceramic disk transducer plays the same role as the general transducer, which is mainly used to transmit and receive ultrasonic waves; On top of the piezoelectric ceramic disk transducer is the cymbal array receiver, which is mainly composed of outgoing cable, cymbal transducer, metal ring and rubber gasket. It is used as an ultrasonic receiver to receive the Doppler callback signal generated outside the frequency band of the piezoelectric ceramic disk transducer.
3. Ultrasonic transducer is actually a piezoelectric ceramic with the same frequency as its resonant frequency. It uses the piezoelectric effect of materials to convert electric energy into mechanical vibration. Generally, the ultrasonic wave is generated by the ultrasonic generator, converted into mechanical vibration by the ultrasonic transducer, and then generated by the ultrasonic export device and ultrasonic receiving device.
